The Lerna Mount is the first dedicated high-rise optic mount engineered for end users requiring a 2.91” optic centerline, delivering significantly faster target identification and improved performance around gear obstructions such as EarPro/communication headsets, gas masks/CBRN equipment, and night vision devices.

A higher optic position promotes a more natural, athletic posture with a true heads-up shooting stance, allowing the user to maintain a vertical spine and properly “present plates” when wearing body armor. This heads-up shooting style enhances processing speed, decreases visual strain, and increases overall situational awareness in dynamic environments.
